Auto Painting Service and Repair in Troy, MI

Our family-owned and operated auto body shop has served the Troy community under the same name since 1948, making us the city's oldest collision shop. The current owner took over J & M Collision Inc over 47 years ago, continuing a long tradition of careful workmanship and personal service. Our attention to small details remains the cornerstone of everything we do. As we like to say, you bend it, we mend it.

A quality paint repair involves much more than applying a new layer of color. The damaged area must be properly evaluated, prepared, repaired, primed, painted, and finished to create a smooth and lasting result. Our ASE-certified team utilizes computerized OEM color matching techniques to select a finish that closely coordinates with your vehicle’s existing paint.

We request that customers to bring their vehicles to our shop at 1063 East Maple Road for an in-person estimate. Personal photographs often do not reveal hidden damage, paint texture differences, or the complete size of the affected area. Seeing the vehicle in person allows us to provide a more accurate evaluation and explain what will be involved in the repair.
