Reputable Collision Repair Shop Near Me

Collision repair involves much more than fixing dents or applying fresh paint. Today’s vehicles are made with advanced safety systems, crumple zones, and specialized materials that require skilled technicians and precise repair methods. Depending on the extent of the damage, collision repair may include structural repairs, dent removal, panel replacement, bumper repair, auto body refinishing, paint matching, and alignment of body components. Every collision repair at J & M Collision Inc is performed with the goal of returning your vehicle as close as possible to its pre-accident condition while maintaining its safety and appearance.

At J & M Collision Inc in Troy, MI, our expert technicians have decades of experience repairing vehicles after collisions of all types. Because every accident is unique, we request that customers bring their vehicles to our shop for an in-person estimate and evaluation. Personal photos rarely reveal the full extent of the damage, so inspecting the vehicle firsthand allows us to provide a thorough estimate.

How We Handle Insurance at J & M Collision Inc

One thing that sets us apart is our commitment to working for you, not the insurance company. We do not participate in Direct Repair Programs (DRPs), allowing us to focus on what's best for our customers rather than meeting insurance company requirements. Many of our clients are unfamiliar with insurance claims. Our goal is to make the process effortless for them by walking them through the initial filing and taking over all subsequent communications until the vehicle is completed.

As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in honest service and quality workmanship. While we may not always be the least expensive or the most expensive option, we always strive to provide repairs that exceed expectations. We also stand behind our craftsmanship by warranting our work for as long as you own your vehicle.
